Operational Agent – Car Rental

 What You’ll Do

• Manage daily bookings, rentals, and vehicle returns

• Coordinate with customers and internal teams

• Monitor vehicle availability and optimize fleet usage

• Handle rental agreements and documentation

• Assist customers with requests and problem resolution

• Identify and solve operational issues quickly

• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards

Requirements

• Good command of English (written & verbal)
