Shadow Services is hiring a Remote Customer Support Agent

Shadow Services is looking for a Customer Support Agent based in Tangier.

Position details

  • Fully remote position
  • Customer support handled entirely through chat
  • No phone calls
  • Mandatory 10-day in-person training course in Tangier for selected candidates

Main responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through chat
  • Provide clear and accurate information to customers
  • Resolve customer issues and follow up until closure
  • Log information in internal tools
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention

Candidate profile

  • Professional and responsible
  • Comfortable communicating with customers in writing
  • Available to attend the 10-day in-person training in Tangier
  • Self-organised and reliable — essential for remote work
